Let me introduce myself.

I am Susanna . Born in Brighton, I went to Varndean Girls Grammar in 1965. At 18 I trained as a Primary School Teacher at Froebel Institute and enjoyed many happy years teaching children with Special Needs. Whilst my two beautiful daughters were young I ran the Rainbow Nursery School in Hastings and then we moved to The Lake District.

During the twenty years I lived in the Lakes I changed directions a little and trained as a healer and counsellor. I ran workshops on Healing with Love, walked many paths exploring spirituality and was ordained as an Interfaith Minister in 2001.

I am now living in Findhorn in Scotland, having had a rich, nurturing connection with the Findhorn Foundation since 1992. I am passionate about community, well-being, exploring my creativity and opening my heart to learn how to love fully.

I love singing, dancing, writing, poetry, photography and being in Nature – on the beach, in the mountains or in the woods. Trees, flowers, the sea and vast open spaces have always uplifted and inspired me.

Reading my Happiness Manifesto will give you a fuller picture of what delights me – and may also make you smile! I see my purpose and my goals in life to bring more happiness, well-being, love and peace into my life and into the lives of those I touch.
